- How It Works

Onboarding:

Once you have signed up you will receive an email with a personal training questionnaire so that I can determine what limitations you have and what your goals and expectations are.

Programing 

Once the questionnaire is complete I will sit down and create a detailed 12 week program that will take the guess work out of the exercise and nutrition complete with videos to help guide you through the exercises. 

Android/IOS APP

once your program is set up you will receive an email link from me to download and active your client app where all your workouts and nutrition will be stored in the app. you will also be able to Direct Message me in the app any questions you have about your workouts. At the bottom of the workouts each day there will be a feedback section where you will leave any comments you have for me about the workout so that I can make any necessary changes to your program. IT IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION.

Nutrion

You will also receive a custom macronutrient guide from me that will be put together specifically for you. No generic nutrition plans. I have created a spreedsheet based on your BMR using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (regarded as the most accurate). From there I will determine your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) to calculate your proper macronutrient needs (carbs, fats,protein). I will also send you a food example chart to help you get started on picking the right types of food.
